In a move that would delight the local community,
Wallara Waters, a joint venture
residential community between Australand and Mondous Property Australia has
taken major strides towards supporting the Wallan Football and Netball Club.
In an exclusive 12-month sponsorship deal that will inject
funds into the Club for much needed equipment and resources, Phil Curtain,
Wallan Football and Netball Club’s Sponsorship Manager is quietly confident
that the Club, its players and members will deliver enormous benefits to
Wallara Waters. To that end, prospective and new residents will receive
family day passes included in their house and land kits to encourage and
motivate home buyers to support their local community-based clubs.
Part of our ethos as a Club is to engage with local
businesses and to gain their trust and loyalty. The tremendous advantage with
Wallara Waters as a sponsor, is that it brings
with it a community, says Phil enthusiastically. A club such as the Wallan Magpies has appeal to both
genders and is the fabric of a community. And when you draw such close
alliances with a residential community like
Waters you know you are on a winning pathway.
